Delivery Information

We operate with a slow fashion model which means our pieces are not mass-produced. We take the time to craft each piece with excellent tailoring and finishing.

 

Each order is completed within 5 to 7 working days. After which they will be dispatched to the delivery location.

We deliver internationally. Deliveries to the United Kingdom and USA usually take 5 working days while deliveries to other international locations usually take 7 working days.

Full payment must be made before an order is confirmed.

Returns & Exchange Policy

Exchanges are only processed on the condition that a different size from the one ordered was delivered to you or you received a damaged/defective item(s). Please contact us at dedesinbox@gmail.com so we can process the exchange. Exchanges are only currently available to customers within Nigeria.

Please note that you cannot request for a different product in exchange for the one you already have.

Returns can be made within 14 days of item(s) receipt. We currently do not offer monetary refunds so the amount spent on the item(s) will be converted to store credit. Please note that the postage fees for the returns will be deducted from store credit. Kindly contact us at dedesinbox@gmail.com so we can process the return. ​Any sign of wear or damage will lead to the return request being denied.

Made-to-measure items (items made according to the customer's measurements) cannot be returned unless there is a defect found on the item upon receiving it. We carefully adhere to measurements given to us by customers so we advise customers to ensure that the measurements submitted are correct. If a customer would like the item amended, customers can send the clothes to the DEDE studio but we do not cover the cost of sending in the clothes for amendments or shipping it back.

We do not accept order cancellations on made-to-measure orders once production has begun. We do however offer a 50% refund on the cost of the item as compensation.​

​

Funds from cancelled orders will be returned within 48 hours of an order cancellation request being made. Please contact us at dedesinbox@gmail.com to submit your order cancellation request.

Items purchased on sale are final. No returns or exchanges are allowed.
