Q: When will I receive my order?
A: We operate on a slow fashion model to carefully craft each piece with excellent tailoring and finishing. All orders take 7 to 10 working days to make. After which, our courier service will notify you on the shipment of your order and provide a tracking number which you can use to get updates on the location of your parcel.


Q: Can I send in a request for customization of a DEDE product?
A: You can request for a product you want to be made in a different colour and/or with your personal measurements at no added cost!
